Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from ATTIS Natural Products.
Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations under UK consumer law.
1. Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.
Please email office@attisuk.com as soon as possible quoting your order number.
2. Delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped with a courier of your choice at checkout (usually Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class).
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected.
3. Returns (After Delivery)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.
However, this right does not apply to:
- Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used; or
- Products that have been custom-made or personalised.
If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and not later than within 14 days of delivery with photos and details.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund (including postage costs) in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. How to Return an Item
To arrange a return:
- Email office@attisuk.com with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of the item.
- Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and obtain proof of postage.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
